Abstract: The LRS Bianchi type-I cosmological model have been investigated in the context of  theory of gravity, focusing on the specific scenario involving cosmic stringsspecially on Takabayasi string. The solution of the field equations have been obtained by using the volumetric exponential law, the power law association between  and the average scale factor . The physics and kinematical parameters of the model have been obtained and represented graphically.
