Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has opened new avenues in the field of language education, particularly in enhancing English language proficiency among learners. This research paper explores AI-driven approaches that support English language learning and teaching through personalized instruction, adaptive assessment, intelligent tutoring systems, and interactive applications. By leveraging natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine learning algorithms, AI provides learners with real-time feedback, individualized learning pathways, and immersive practice opportunities. The study also highlights the role of AI-powered tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and language learning platforms in addressing learner-specific challenges, including vocabulary acquisition, grammar accuracy, pronunciation, and fluency. Furthermore, the paper examines the benefits and limitations of AI integration in English education, focusing on accessibility, learner engagement, and pedagogical effectiveness. Findings suggest that AI, when effectively implemented, can significantly improve language proficiency and complement traditional teaching methods, thereby fostering a more interactive, learner-centered, and efficient language learning environment.
