Abstract
The Integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into professional environment is reshaping workflows across various sectors. This study aims to compare the use and presentations of AI tools among teachers and banking workers, two distinct professions that increasingly rely on technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This study presents a comparative analysis of the adoption and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) tools among teachers and banking workers, aiming to explore challenges and competencies related to AI integration. A mixed methods approach was employed, both primary & secondary data to gather information. The findings indicate that while both groups recognize the potential benefits of AI, such as increased productivity and improved decision making, their experiences differ significantly. Teachers primarily use AI for administrative tasks and personalized learning, whereas Banking workers leverage AI for customer service data analysis. Challenges including resistance to technology & the need for adequate training, where reported by both groups. These results highlight the importance of tailored support & training for the effective implementation of AI tools across diverse professions, suggesting that understanding specific occupational needs is crucial for maximizing the benefits of AI Technology.
