Abstract
This research paper explores the awareness, benefits, and challenges of adopting AI-driven autonomous tractors, harvesters, and drones among farmers of Shirol Taluka, Kolhapur District. A structured survey was conducted among 120 farmers to analyse their awareness, willingness to adopt, and perceived advantages. The study highlights low awareness but significant interest in adoption, especially among younger farmers. Government support, training, and subsidies emerge as crucial factors for adoption. The findings aim to bridge the knowledge gap and promote smart farming practices in rural Maharashtra. . it also indicates that awareness is growing but limited, and effective adoption requires training, infrastructure, and government support.
