ABSTRACT:
Thiocarbamide and their substituted derivatives moieties received more attention of many researchers because of their significances, especially those with thiocarbamido and substituted thiocarbamido derivatives nucleus, are noteworthy for their diverse applications in the disciplines of medicine, biochemistry, biotechnology, and pharmacology. Recently, we evaluated the density and studied the viscometric properties of 1(4-Tolyl)-2(Phenyl thiocarbamido)-1-Ethanolin our lab. This study’s evaluation was conducted at various temperatures while maintaining a consistent concentration. The effects of solvent dilution and the drug’s solute-solvent interaction in the present are determined by the experimental results. The findings demonstrated that when temperature rises, relative viscosity falls, indicating stronger solvation effects. The physicochemical behavior of chalcone derivatives is better understood thanks to this research, which advances medicinal science and helps create pharmaceuticals that work better.
