The advent of technology has ushered in new possibilities for streamliningevent management processes, offering opportunities to enhance coordination and engagement. This abstract presents an innovative university event management app, “UNI” designed to revolutionize the wayevents are organized, promoted, and executed within academic institutions. “UNI” serves as a comprehensive platformtailored specifically for university settings, offering a range of features to simplify every aspect of event planning and management. Through intuitive interfaces and user-friendly functionalities, organizers can effortlessly create, schedule, and manage events of various scales and types.
