ABSTRACT : Mainline education organizations play a pivotal role in shaping student outcomes and personal growth. These institutions serve as a cornerstone in predicting and enhancing student performance and behavior within the educational system. By assessing and recognizing the diverse learning and developmental needs of college students, educational organizations can validate and support students’ self-reported gains and achievements throughout their academic journey . For instance, a study focusing on the association between academic performance and personal growth and identity among undergraduate dental students highlights the importance of understanding how these factors intertwine to influence student success . Mainline educational institutions prioritize preparing students for the dynamic challenges of the modern world by emphasizing academic excellence and holistic development . Similarly, the Mainline is dedicated to fostering an exceptional scholastic environment that surpasses traditional academic standards, nurturing students to reach their full potential academically and personally . Through their commitment to academic rigor, personal development, and fostering a supportive learning environment, mainline education organizations have a profound impact on student academic performance and holistic growth. The innovative educational project Mainline Academy seeks to transform STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).Through implementing innovative techniques and real-world applications into the curriculum for instruction in mathematics.
