Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant transformation to the field of education, particularly in English language teaching and learning. This paper examines the impact of AI-driven tools and technologies on enhancing teaching methodologies, learner engagement, and language acquisition. It highlights how applications such as intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, automated assessment, and AI-powered language learning apps contribute to personalized learning experiences. Moreover, the study explores the benefits of AI in developing learners’ communication skills, promoting self-directed learning, and providing real-time feedback. AI holds the potential to complement traditional pedagogy, making English language education more interactive, accessible, and effective, provided that its integration is strategically managed.
