Abstract:
The field library and information science has been distorted by artificial intelligence (AI). Libraries become a magnificent information center that uses artificial intelligence (AI), which to gain user experience, creates more competent resource organizations and speeds up knowledge recovery. The use of AI in libraries is conscious of this article, as well as chatbots, predictive analysis, automatic cataloging and intelligent search system. It also involves difficulty implementing AI, counting privacy, technical boundaries and moral dilemmas. According to the findings from the study, AI has the opportunity to improve library services much more resources, modified and adapted. Furthermore, the real case study shows how top libraries have effectively covered AI technologies. The study also provides suggestions for visual use of AI in libraries; Emphasize the need for its moral and responsible application.
